If you are not satisfied with JF7 Jointformula, email us within 30-days after you receive JF7 for a FULL REFUND (less shipping and handling). You must email us at: members@lifepharm.com  and we will reply with your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return the unused portion along with your proof of purchase to an address provided in our reply email to you.

Please note we cannot accept “refused” packages and don’t forget to write your assigned RA# on the outside of the shipping box. Returns will not be processed without the assigned RA#
